Mm, no support. Been trying for over a week now to find out what to do when re-installing my machine. In the end, I had to do re-installing. Now I can't re-use my key. Nobody answers my emails regarding this. So seems like I've just lost my money on this one.
Originally got this because it was simple and user friendly. Because of our network structure, I had to use the manual registration which used to work fine. Unfortunately not anymore. Can't get anyone to answer emails or their support forms and there is no direct way to contact them.
